★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibilité de faire des tests antigénique pour 22€, mais il faut appeler avant pour réserver un créneau. Nous on l'a fait à 11h et résultat en 20min en papier et par mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto prendere in affitto una carrozzina per un disabile qualche tempo fa. Nulla da dire sul fatto che mi è stata data velocemente ma la stessa aveva i poggiapiedi rotti. Spero che nel frattempo sia stata sostituita. Per il resto la farmacia ha in buon servizio.
I had to rent a wheelchair for a disabled person some time ago. Nothing to say about it being given to me quickly but the same one had broken footrests. I hope it has been replaced in the meantime. For the rest the pharmacy has in good service.

Una settimana fa sono dovuta andare a fare un tampone nella farmacia Torelli: all' orario in cui avevo appuntamento ( dopo che erano stati anche molto gentili nella fase di prenotazione) ho trovato 3 nuclei familiari di 2-3 persone l' uno prima di me, ho aspettato 40 Min per fare il tampone ( in pratica fai la fila prima, per farlo, durante, per riavere documenti , e dopo per avere il green pass)... organizzato molto male rispetto al altre farmacie che in 5 minuti ti fanno tutto ( ero stata precedentemente alla Rugginosa che in 15 minuti ci ha dato il green pass e ne io ne il mio bambino abbiamo sentito nulla).
Tra l' altro sono stata con irritazione e dolore alle narici per tre giorni, durante il test mi sono uscite le lacrime, neanche ad un cane ho visto mai fare un prelievo del genere, mi auguro che la struttura prenda provvedimenti altrimenti sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi almeno per i tamponi anticovid a questa farmacia.

A week ago I had to go for a swab in the Torelli pharmacy: at the time I had an appointment (after they were also very kind in the booking phase) I found 3 families of 2-3 people each before me , I waited 40 Min to swab (basically you queue before, to do it, during, to get documents back, and after to get the green pass) ... very badly organized compared to other pharmacies that make you in 5 minutes everything (I had previously been to the Rugginosa which in 15 minutes gave us the green pass and neither I nor my child have heard anything).
Among other things, I was with irritation and pain in the nostrils for three days, during the test I came tears, not even a dog I have ever seen do a sample like this, I hope that the facility will take measures otherwise I strongly advise against contacting at least for the anticovid tampons at this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione per i tamponi antigenici: persone costrette ad assembrarsi sul marciapiede alle intemperie, personale insufficiente per gestire il numero di richieste (ma l'operatore che ha eseguito il test è stato gentilissimo, malgrado l'evidente difficoltà), nessun rispetto delle prenotazioni online, tampone a pagamento malgrado la ricetta medica. Capisco la situazione emergenziale, ma la qualità del servizio reso è veramente bassa. Ci sono amplissimi margini di miglioramento.
Bad organization for antigenic pads: people forced to gather on the sidewalk due to bad weather, insufficient staff to handle the number of requests (but the operator who performed the test was very kind, despite the obvious difficulty), no respect for online reservations , tampon for a fee despite the medical prescription. I understand the emergency situation, but the quality of the service rendered is really low. There is huge room for improvement.
