Quando arrivavo ho detto menomale che è aperta e mi ha risposto una signora che andava via, era meglio si era chiusa si doveva lavorare così arrabbiata. Ho appena chiamato specificando che mio figlio di 4 anni con disabilità autistica necessità di un tampone ufficiale per il covid poiché risultato positivo ad uno di autodiagnosi. Ho spiegato età e patologia poiché risulta difficile tenerlo ore in fila tranquillo in mezzo alla gente (che poi se fosse confermata la positività sarebbe sconsigliato). Il bello è stata la risposta.... non sappiamo cosa farci, lo chiude in auto (un bimbo di 4 anni disabile) e fa lei la fila fino quando no è il suo turno. Spiego nuovamente il tutto aggiungendo che mia moglie non può venire con me perché a casa con altro figlio in quarantena preventiva per la scuola. Stessa risposta aggiungendo anche che non mi avrebbero neanche dato un appuntamento o un orario. Grazie mille per la sensibilità verso le problematiche e per la professionalità dimostrata.
