Ho speso €60,00 di medicine senza ricetta perché avevo urgenza di comprarli e mi è stato detto di tornare con tessera sanitaria e ricette mediche per usufruire del rimborso. Fatto ciò, anziché del rimborso mi hanno rilasciato un bonus da spendere nella loro farmacia, constringendomi quindi a spendere i miei soldi lì. È vergognoso, sono disgustata. I miei soldi (quelli che avrebbero dovuto rimborsarmi) li spendo dove voglio e secondo le mie necessità, non per il BAGNO SCHIUMA della stessa farmacia come consigliato da loro! E poi attenzione !! ⚠ non vi diranno di portare i tagliandini, senza i quali non verrete rimborsati. I put a star because I am obliged otherwise my personal evaluation would have been ZERO. I spent € 60.00 on non-prescription medicines because I urgently needed to buy them and I was told to come back with a health card and medical prescriptions to get a refund. That done, instead of the refund they released me a bonus to spend in their pharmacy, thus forcing me to spend my money there. It is shameful, I am disgusted. I spend my money (the ones that should have paid me back) where I want and according to my needs, not for the FOAM BATH of the same pharmacy as recommended by them! And then be careful! ⚠ they will not tell you to bring the coupons, without which you will not be refunded.

Quando ormai tutti si sono allineati con i prezzi dei tamponi ( 4 euro ) qui mi hanno chiesto 9,80 l'uno. Di questi tempi è una presa di giro. Prima e ultima volta.
