Con la rete ho provato a migliorare la situazione ma purtroppo non ho mai dormito male come su quel materasso per altro pagato molto caro. purchased mattress first and then after a few days also a net due to the fact that the mattress could not be returned (they told me after buying it). All'entrata la commessa ci ha detto piuttosto duramente che non poteva accoglierci perché andava su appuntamento, cosa che noi non sapevamo. Facciamo notare alla medesima che in quel momento non ci fosse nessuno in negozio ma lei con fermezza ci dice ancora di no. Al quel punto noi diciamo alla commessa che vorrà dire che andremo a Riccardo Corredi poco più avanti. Io penso che la commessa avrebbe potuto comunque servirci e al momento che le persone attese fossero venute c'è ne saremmo usciti tranquillamente. Ci sarà anche il covid ma a mio parere questa politica dell'appuntamento soprattutto per certi negozi non funziona e poi, un po' di educazione col cliente non guasterebbe mai.
