Ci sono stata un paio di volte per comprare divano e mobile per la sala del quale ho avuto necessità di un progettino e mi hanno pienamente soddisfatta le alternative che mi sono state proposte. Lavorando ci sono andata quasi a Chiusura ma si sono comunque trattenuti per darmi le info richieste. Unica pecca la consegna lenta. Well-maintained shop and qualified staff, attentive to customer needs. I've been there a couple of times to buy a sofa and a piece of furniture for the room where I needed a design and I was completely satisfied with the alternatives that have been proposed to me. Working there I went almost to closure but they are still held to give me the requested info. The only flaw the slow delivery.

Dopo avere acquistato un divano che risultava essere in stock e come tale doveva essere consegnato dopo pochi giorni, ci siamo sentiti dire che il modello era diverso da quello ordinato. Al nostro rifiuto di accettare la consegna, siamo stati pregati di aspettare ancora e poi ancora garantendoci il modello desiderato. Quando alla fine abbiamo deciso di rinunciare e chiesto la restituzione della caparra versata, è iniziata una storia di richieste, telefonate, promesse, accuse alla lentezza dei circuiti bancari e altro ancora che ancora oggi, a distanza di ben oltre un mese, non ha visto la parola fine. Il responsabile del negozio ci ha detto che il bonifico era stato effettuato in data 21 dicembre; oggi, telefonando direttamente in amministrazione, veniamo a sapere che questo non è invece avvenuto. Abbiamo minacciato un’azione legale e chiesto di inviarci copia del mandato bancario. La fine di questa storia deve essere ancora scritta. Siate consapevoli di cosa vi aspetta, comprando da Chateau d’Ax! Experience to forget! After purchasing a sofa that appeared to be in stock and as such had to be delivered after a few days, we were told that the model was different from the one ordered. Upon our refusal to accept the delivery, we were asked to wait again and again guaranteeing us the desired model. When we finally decided to give up and asked for the return of the deposit paid, a story began of requests, phone calls, promises, accusations of the slowness of the banking circuits and more that still today, after well over a month, has not seen the final word. The store manager told us that the transfer was made on 21 December; today, by calling the administration directly, we learn that this has not happened. We have threatened legal action and asked to send us a copy of the bank mandate. The end of this story has yet to be written. Be aware of what awaits you by buying from Chateau d'Ax!
