Penso di essere stato un possibile cliente ideale: avevo già in mente i modelli che volevo acquistare e potevo pagarli subito. Quindi, insomma, nessun particolare sbattimento per il venditore. Eppure sono stato trattato quasi con fastidio e pesantezza... lavoro nel commercio da quasi 20 anni e posso dire che non è un buon approccio. Perché puoi avere anche dei buoni prodotti, ma fai passare la voglia di tornarci
I bought 2 cars (not at the same time) in this store, well stocked and with a wide choice. I think I was a possible ideal customer: I already had in mind the models I wanted to buy and I could pay for them immediately. So, in short, no particular fuss for the seller. Yet I have been treated almost with annoyance and heaviness ... I have been in the business for almost 20 years and I can say that it is not a good approach. Because you can also have some good products, but make you want to go back
