HO acquistato un' auto usata di circa 4 anni,i a fine maggio, mi è stata fornita una garanzia di 12 mesi e a fine giugno mi si è bloccata la pompa carburante. Ho provveduto a mie spese a portarla in concessionaria distante 50 km e vengo informata che la pompa non è compresa nella garanzia, la soluzione da loro addottata è stata lo sbloccaggio della pompa, un rifornimento di 20 Euro di benzina a mio carico e la aggiunta di un additivo per la pulizia del serbatoio. Ritiro la macchina in concessionaria ma una volta a casa purtroppo non parte più. Telefona subito al concessionario nervoso a crepapelle e nulla di fatto. COL CAXXO CHE FARÒ PUBBLICITÀ POSITIVA. STATE ATTENTI AI NON PROFESSIONISTI Dite ai meccanici che la focus non ha la pompa sotto il sedile, bisogna smontare il serbatoio che è sotto la macchina

Esperienza bruttissima, portata l'auto in garanzia per rifare la catena di distribuzione, ci hanno messo un mese, si sono inventati la qualunque per chiedermi più soldi, mi hanno riconsegnato l'auto sporchissima.

Sono entrato, il venditore si è incaponito con il discutere con un cliente / amico, dopo oltre 20 minuti senza aver nemmeno ricevuto un buongiorno me ne sono andato. Direi che mancano un filo di professionalità

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolto all'autofficina Autograndi autorizzati GWM per un piccolo probema di una sonda lambda (segnalata anomalia del motore) dopo ave speso oltre € 1600 l'anomalia è rimasta ho perso un sacco di tempo e l'auto va peggio di prima. FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato una Hyundai i10 i primi di febbraio e sarebbe dovuta arrivare fine marzo/inizio aprile ma con grande sorpresa il venditore Giovanni Grandolfo jr ci ha comunicato a fine febbraio che era arrivata ? L'abbiamo ritirata ieri... che dire... oltre a essere bellissima devo dare 10 punti al venditore e alla società per serietà e professionalità. Siamo stati seguiti da Giovanni dalla scelta dell'auto, alla scelta di optional e fino alla consegna e nonostante lo avessimo contattato più volte prima della consegna per avere informazioni aggiuntive ha sempre prontamente risposto a ogni domanda.
Oltretutto ieri ha avuto anche la pazienza di spiegarmi tutte le varie funzioni della macchina. Siamo stati davvero contenti di averla presa in questa concessionaria. La consiglieremo sicuramente a parenti e amici ? Bravi e complimenti per il vostro lavoro! ?
