★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura e ambiente interno molto ampio. Ben fornito per tutte le attività commerciali soprattutto in ambito di ristorazione. Posizionato nel centro di Baranzate sulla statale Varesina, alle porte di Milano. Facilmente raggiungibile anche dall'autostrada. Unica pecca a mio avviso, la zona riservata al parcheggio è veramente limitata. Per il resto mi sento di consigliarlo.
Very large structure and internal environment. Well stocked for all commercial activities, especially in the catering sector. Located in the center of Baranzate on the Varesina state road, just outside Milan. Easily accessible also from the highway. The only flaw in my opinion, the parking area is very limited. For the rest I would like to recommend it.

Il risparmio sarà più cospicuo se si acquistano prodotti in grande quantità. Sorge alle porte della periferia di Milano, in una zona dove non mancano strade di grande comunicazione. Il posteggio per le auto è poco capiente ma ci sono diverse colonnine per la ricarica di auto elettriche. L'installazione di un impianto fotovoltaico contribuisce a contenere la spesa elettrica per l'illuminazione e climatizzazione degli ambienti.
