★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, vicino a tutto (attrazioni turistiche, mini market, bar e ristoranti) e in più c'è Gianluca, eccellente padrone di casa sempre disponibile e fonte di mille informazioni! Per la mia famiglia è ormai tappa annuale :)
Apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, close to everything (tourist attractions, mini market, bars and restaurants) and in addition there is Gianluca, excellent host and always available source of a thousand details! For my family it is now an annual stop :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gianluca est, comme la plupart des génois, chaleureux, accueillant et fier de sa ville. Très disponible et réactif, il a su nous fournir toutes les infos pratiques pour découvrir la ville rapidement. De nombreux conseils (restos, transports, visites, plages...) qui nous ont permis de gagner du temps ! Gianluca reste en outre disponible ensuite pour toutes questions, jusqu'au terme du séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, aux portes de la vieille ville, à deux pas du port et des bus...tout est accessible à pied, et un parking gratuit est à disposition. Bien équipé, propre, il offre un bon rapport qualité prix. Comme 90 % des appartements dans la vieille ville, il est assez sombre car cerné par les autres vieux immeubles, mais c'est aussi le charme de Gênes !
Gianluca is, like most Genoese, warm, welcoming and proud of his city. Very available and responsive, he was able to provide us all the practical information to discover the city quickly. Many tips (restaurants, transport, visits, beaches ...) that allowed us to save time! Gianluca also remains available for any questions, until the end of the stay. The apartment is very well located, near the old town, close to the port and buses ... everything is within walking distance, and free parking is available. Well equipped, clean, it offers good value for money. Like 90% of the apartments in the old town, it is quite dark because surrounded by other old buildings, but it is also the charm of Genoa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little place right in the centre of town. The owner made check in super easy, even helping park our car in the nearby garage. Communication was fantastic and the flat is clean, tidy and has everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this address in 2017. Great conditions! The landlord met us, talked about local sights, showed a garage where we left the car. The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, we walked a lot on foot. The best impressions of Genoa. The apartment is a good repair and has everything you need.
