★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo di per sé è molto bello e la posizione eccellente.
Il servizio (cura, pulizia e dettagli) lascia invece parecchio a desiderare.
Se dovessi valutare l'accoglienza, la mancanza di assistenza e il checkout non potrei mettere nemmeno due stelle.
Spero che per i prossimi ospiti ci sarà una cura maggiore.
 The place itself is very beautiful and the location excellent.
The service (care, cleanliness and details), on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired.
If I had to rate the welcome, the lack of assistance and the checkout I couldn't even put two stars.
I hope that there will be more care for the next guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unflexible and disobliging cancellation policy in a Covid-related force majeure situation where entry to Italy was not possible anymore due to new travel regulations as of 16 December 2021. Cannot recommend the service.
