L'appartamento è ampio, pulitissimo e arredato in modo moderno. Il quartiere è vivace e multietnico, la posizione ottimale (davanti al Porto antico e all'Acquario!, vicino alle fermate della metro). Gli host Giuseppe e Marina sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili (suggerendoci posti da visitare e ristoranti non troppo turistici). Lo consiglio anche per il buono rapporto qualità-prezzo. We stayed a week with a group of friends this summer. We were delighted and satisfied with the choice! The apartment is large, very clean and modernly furnished. The neighborhood is lively and multi-ethnic, the optimal location (in front of the old port and the Aquarium !, close to the metro stops). The hosts Giuseppe and Marina were very kind and helpful (suggesting places to visit and not too touristy restaurants). I also recommend it for the good value for money.

La vicinanza con l’acquario è sorprendente, basta attraversare la piazza per trovarsi alla biglietteria, e già questo per noi è stato davvero un punto di forza. Giuseppe, il proprietario, è disponibile e gentile. Sempre presente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ci ha fornito indicazioni sul parcheggio, cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La casa è posta al primo piano di un palazzo nella zona chiamata Sottoripa. È davvero carina, ben arredata, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Nessun difetto o disservizio da segnalare. Consiglio vivamente. We stayed 3 days in this delightful apartment to be able to visit the Genoa aquarium. The proximity to the aquarium is surprising, just cross the square to find yourself at the ticket office, and this has already been a real strength for us. Giuseppe, the owner, is helpful and kind. Always present and ready to solve any problem. He gave us directions on parking, what to visit and where to eat. The house is located on the first floor of a building in the area called Sottoripa. It is really nice, well furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. No defects or disservices to report. I highly recommend.

The apartment is nicely furnished and in a perfect spot: right in front of the Aquarium, overlooking the old port, with shops & playground areas all around, as well as all the lovely alleys of the historical centre. As a family with two little children, we truly appreciated the spacious lift, as well as all the children facilities available (tent, bed, chairs, books). Everything was neat and clean, and we really felt at home. The host, Giuseppe, spoke English and was very friendly. Definitely recommendable.
