★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione incantevole. A 20 metri 2 bar . A 200 metri un supermercato assortitissimo. Pizzerie e ristoranti. Per non parlare dei palazzi/ musei. L’host fenomenale!!!!! Disponibile , ci ha organizzato il soggiorno in tutte le sue parti . Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo . Consigliatissimo .
 Lovely location. At 20 meters 2 bar. At 200 meters there is a very assorted supermarket. Pizzerias and restaurants. Not to mention the palaces / museums. The phenomenal host !!!!! Helpful, he organized our stay in all its parts. Excellent value for money . Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vecchia casa del 1700 ristrutturata benissimo. Posizione comodissima per il centro, l'acquario e i mezzi di trasporto. La via dei Rolli a 30 metri. Appartamento luminoso, super pulito e completo di tutto, anche di condizionatore, riscaldamento e sistemi di rilevazione gas. 4 piano senza ascensore. Sconsigliato a chi non ama le scale. Host disponibili in tutto e per tutto.
Old house from the 1700s, very well restored. Very convenient location for the center, the aquarium and the means of transport. The Via dei Rolli at 30 meters. Bright apartment, super clean and complete with everything, including air conditioning, heating and gas detection systems. 4th floor without elevator. Not recommended for those who do not like stairs. Hosts available in all respects.

La vista non della migliori (per chi n ok n è abituato a vivere nelle strade strette non riesce avere la privacy desiderata)
Mancavano piccole accorgimenti per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno
Non adatto a chi ha problemi motori(le scale molto strette e ripide)
Ci tengo però a sottolineare che la struttura si trova in centro città e vicino al porto.

House in the historic center of Genoa
The view is not the best (for those who are neither ok nor used to living in narrow streets cannot have the desired privacy)
Little tricks were missing to make the stay more comfortable
Not suitable for those with mobility problems (very narrow and steep stairs)
However, I would like to underline that the property is located in the city center and near the port.
The location was great, walking distance from the center and aquarium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dispetto del vecchio palazzo in cui sorge, al quinto piano (senza ascensore), questo appartamento è delizioso. Arredato con cura, preparato a dovere per non far mancare niente, si presta alla funzione grazie alla sua splendida posizione centrale, proprio a due passi dalla storica via Garibaldi, nei pressi del Municipio. Ottima la sua pulizia. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.
In spite of the old building in which it stands, on the fifth floor (without a lift), this apartment is delightful. Furnished with care, properly prepared so as not to miss anything, it lends itself to the function thanks to its splendid central location, just a stone's throw from the historic Via Garibaldi, near the Town Hall. Its cleaning is excellent. Very good value for money.
