★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecente il funzionamento del centralino. Prima il risponditore ti dice di attendere perché impegnati con altri utenti, poi al momento in cui finalmente squilla libero nessuno risponde. Proprio un bel servizio a chi ha bisogno. Vergogna.
Switchboard operation indecent. First the responder tells you to wait because busy with other users, then at the moment when it finally rings free nobody answers. Just a nice service to those in need. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa. Direi che la parola giusta è MALEDUCATI. ovviamente nn tutto il personale. Ho avuto due appuntamenti mi hanno ricevuto due persone differenti entrambi davvero arroganti e maleducati. Persone evidentemente scontente di lavorare lì o forse insoddisfatti della vita. Lo sconsiglio.
Very bad experience. I would say the right word is RUDE. obviously not all the staff. I had two dates, two different people received me, both really arrogant and rude. People obviously unhappy with working there or perhaps dissatisfied with life. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per nulla disponibili. Ad una educata richiesta di assistenza hanno risposto che hanno l'agenda piena e non mi hanno voluto passare al telefono nessuno, continuando a ripetere "no mi spiace". È dispiaciuto anche a me.
Not available at all. To a polite request for assistance, they replied that they have a full agenda and they didn't want to go over to anyone on the phone, continuing to repeat "no I'm sorry". I'm sorry too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho risolto il problema. Questo non vuol dire che sia stata necessariamente colpa di chi doveva occuparsene, magari non era risolvibile. Quello di cui non ero stata avvisata era che ci sono delle scale ed una piccola salita per arrivare all'ufficio e per chi ha difficoltà motorie è un po' complicato.
I haven't solved the problem. This does not mean that it was necessarily the fault of those who had to take care of it, maybe it was not solvable. What I was not warned about was that there are stairs and a small climb to get to the office and for those with walking difficulties it is a bit complicated.
