★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved here after 2 nights in a hotel in Taranto, from the min I walked in the staff has been excellent. The hotel is fantastic the food is amazing and everything we could need was close by! Could not ask for a better hotel in southern Italy. And did I mention the staff all the way around was in the top 3 I have ever dealt with? Don't miss this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indoor sauna - swimming pool and Gym open from the 1st of October to the 1st of May . Outdoor swimming pool closes during that period every year. Poor variety of food for evening meals . mostly local foods served in the hotel. Self service breakfast area too small. Staff excellent. Hotel very clean and comfortable only problem was the food. Plenty of room for parking for cars and coaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Villa Rosa is located just out of the city center but everything is still reachable by foot.
It’s a quite big hotel and not particularly cozy. It’s also used by bus tours , which does not help either. The restaurant/breakfast room is simply huge, with the only purpose to seat a lot of people. Particularly in the morning, when the crowd has disappeared, it’s a pretty depressing place to have your first food of the day.
Our room was very spacious and clean with a balcony but the design was pretty dull.
There a big pool, but keep in mind that it’s a bit away from the hotel.
Best thing on this hotel was the receptionist in the morning, who was really friendly at the check-out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with a great swimming pool, well appreciated during the hot summer. The design of the room is quite old.
There is a free parking.
The breakfast is absolutely uninteresting with very limited choice of food and not good.
The hotel is located about 15min away from the city center by foot.
