Struttura curata esternamente ed internamente,molto pulita ed accogliente.Personale squisitissimo.Grazie Manuel,Maria Paola,Teresa,Ivano...?

La passione per quello che si fa da sempre risultati eccellenti. La cura maniacale dei particolari, le attenzioni immancabili di Emanuele e di tutto il suo team fanno di questa masseria un vero nido per trascorrere giorni nel relax più assoluto. La struttura è a due passi da Locorotondo, tra lo Ionio e l’Adriatico, nel cuore della Puglia, incastonata tra ordinati vigneti ed ulivi secolari, culla i suoi ospiti facendoli sentire davvero parte integrante di una famiglia che sapientemente ha saputo convertire elegantemente e senza stravolgerne la sua natura una antica masseria con Trulli e Cummerse in confortevoli ambienti. La pulizia è impeccabile. La colazione offre delizie che vengono dalla terra circostante, dalle marmellate alla frutta fresca di stagione, torte e crostate fresche ogni mattina, accontentando ogni gusto dolce e salato. Le camere silenziose e profumate. Gli ambienti esterni sono un’esaltazione dell’olfatto, inebriato dalla lavanda, dal rosmarino, dalla menta, dalle rose, dalla salvia. Tutto ciò non sarebbe possibile realizzarlo senza la professionalità e la cortesia di Mariapaola, Teresa ed Ivano, e la supervisione della signora Mercedes.

È stato un soggiorno da favola. L'organizzazione, l'assistenza la cortesia e l'accoglienza sono di casa in questa splendida location. I profumi che senti passeggiando nel parco sono inebrianti. Emanuele, Maria Paula ( chiamata così dal mio piccolo Mattia) e tutti i ragazzi della Masseria sono fantastici. Grazie e ancora grazie, torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Dimenticavo : aperitivi bordo piscina e colazione con prodotti a km. 0 sono "Meravigliosi"

My first visit to Puglia is a sweet dream thanks to Grofoleo.

Wonderful location , great attention to detail and most important of all you are treated as family . A fabulous home from home !

Having just spent 11 nights there,  we would not hesitate to recommend the Masseria Grofoleo.  It is truly a special place.  It's a family-run business and you can't help but feel the warmth, passion and love that Emanuele and the team have for what they do.  They can't do enough to help you - making bookings for restaurants, printing out documents,  and always there to help if needed. We stayed in a trullo suite and loved the traditional build but with all the modern creature comforts and style (including a Smeg mini-bar fridge!!). Its also refreshingly cool inside on hot sunny days. The Masseria has a gorgeous swimming pool - nicely cool on hot days - and a beautiful tranquil garden where you can relax (sun lounger or hammock) and enjoy the lovely views of Locorotondo. It is perfectly located for visiting all the local hilltop towns, and is only 30 mins from lovely beaches on the Adriatic. Breakfasts were a feast of whatever you wanted - we had fresh fruit,  freshly- squeezed orange juice, eggs cooked to order.  Just perfect. It's normally only B&B but Emanuele,  his mother and the team will do dinners to order,  and we would highly recommend trying out their traditional Italian fare and great local wines. We ate in the Masseria on 3 nights and loved every dish. Locorotondo was also really easy to access,  just a 700m walk away.  It's definitely worth a visit,  and there are some great bars and restaurants to visit. All in all,  if you are in any doubt -  book,  book, book!! We visited in September and the weather was perfect - high 20s during the day and cool at night.  It was our first visit to Puglia but won't be the last!
