Rooms with style, taste and the highest attention to detail. Nothing seems to be left to chance. The terrace from the "Amorini" apartment is magnificent!

Personale molto gentile, colazione ottima con il personale del bar professionale gentile e sempre a disposizione com grande educazione. Complimenti!! Enchanting location with a breathtaking cathedral view, sleeping in a cummersa is pure poetry. M	Marion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans la suite 18 via April. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. L’accueil est top (arrangeant et à notre écoute). On prend le petit déjeuner dans un petit restau dans la rue. We stayed 2 nights in Suite 18 through April. The rooms are clean and spacious. The reception is top (accommodating and listening to us). We have breakfast in a small restaurant in the street.

Vergognoso il soggiorno offerto: Vasca idromassaggio evidentemente guasta da tempo, senza alcun avviso. TV inascoltabile a causa del rimbombo dell'audio, oltre a non essere stata aggiornata nei canali. Ombrello di cortesia rappezzato con nastro adesivo. Lampadine fulminate. Per la colazione si deve raggiungere un comune bar, pochi isolati più in la, dove si deve attendere in piedi, in strada, che si liberi un posto a sedere, essendo molto piccolo il locale. Nel suddetto bar mi è stata rifiutata una premuta d'arancia, nonostante in bella vista tutto l'occorrente, poiché non rientra nella loro convenzione!!! L'unica nota positiva è stata la gentilezza del dipendente incaricato, evidentemente in imbarazzo, che ci ha più volte chiesto scusa ed avrebbe riferito alla direzione i disagi da noi riscontrati. Capisco che era Pasqua e che la direzione era assente, ma non si è fatta viva neppure dopo, ignorando anche le mie lamentele riferite da me alla mia agenzia e questa a loro. Per la direzione: era Pasqua anche per noi ospiti, grazie di tutto. "ALL SMOKE, NO ROAST", this phrase has never been more appropriate. I state that I booked a suite !!! Shameful the stay offered: Hot tub evidently out of order for some time, without any warning. TV unlistenable due to the rumble of the audio, as well as not being updated in the channels. Courtesy umbrella patched with adhesive tape. Burnt out light bulbs. For breakfast you have to reach a common bar, a few blocks further on, where you have to wait standing in the street for a seat to become available, as the place is very small. In the aforementioned bar I was refused a squeeze of orange, despite everything I need in plain sight, as it is not part of their convention !!! The only positive note was the kindness of the employee in charge, obviously embarrassed, who repeatedly apologized and reported the inconvenience we encountered to the management. I understand that it was Easter and that the management was absent, but she did not show up even after, also ignoring my complaints reported by me to my agency and this to them. For the management: it was Easter for us guests too, thank you for everything.

We stayed in the beautiful Casa de la Villa, a stunning apartment with tasteful, understated decor, a roof terrace and a bed I could happily have moved into on a permanent basis. There is a small kitchen, though it’s not properly stocked (eg. no sharp knives, no salt etc.) so it proved a bit tricky to use it for anything more than making coffee. The staff are all delightful- helpful and friendly. Great for a few days of peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings. Or just go to get fat on pasta like we did :)

The apartment was comfortable, not luxurious but well appointed and it has nice welcoming touches like cookies and wine. Michelle from reception is a complete star and went well beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy during our stay. Highly recommended. Just one thing to note, we had an apartment on 2 floors and the stairs to the 2nd floor were very steep. Guests with mobility issues may want to request something easier to access.
