★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile e camera e cibo sono ok ma ci sono alcune cose che hanno rovinato il soggiorno:
1 i prezzi al tavolo sono troppo alti. 4€ un litro di acqua, 9€ 1/2 litro di vino e 4,5€ una lattina di coca cola senza servizio in camera. Dal momento che le vivande non sono incluse lo trovo molto GRAVE.
2 il centro benessere è privo di regole. Entrano persone col cellulare, c'è sempre confusione e nessuno che controlla
3 lo skidepot e' al piano inferiore e per accedervi ogni volta bisogna prendere le chiavi, uscire, e poi riconsegnare le chiavi dentro. Abbastanza scomodo.
4 il parcheggio non è mai stato pulito dopo la nevicata
 The staff are really nice and helpful and the room and food are ok but there are some things that ruined the stay:
1 the prices at the table are too high. € 4 a liter of water, € 9 1/2 a liter of wine and € 4.5 a can of coke without room service. Since the food is not included I find it very SERIOUS.
2 the wellness center is free of rules. People come in with cell phones, there is always confusion and nobody checks
3 the skidepot is on the lower floor and to access it every time you have to take the keys, go out, and then return the keys inside. Quite uncomfortable.
4 the car park was never cleaned after the snowfall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'hotel è estremamente accogliente sia come camere e struttura, sia come personale. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione con colazione e cena che ha di solito almeno 4 portate ma non troppo grandi e con ingredienti salutari, naturali e di ottima qualità. Il cibo è molto buono. Le camere sono spaziose, specialmente il bagno e una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è che il sapone non è a saponetta ma viene erogato da un dispenser così risulta molto più ecologico. Le piste da sci di fondo sono vicine e l'hotel è fornito anche di un'ottima SPA. Voglio segnalare la simpatia e professionalità sia della proprietaria che della cameriera addetta alla colazione, e del personale è in generale.
The hotel is extremely welcoming both in terms of rooms and structure, and in terms of staff. We took advantage of the half board with breakfast and dinner which usually has at least 4 courses but not too large and with healthy, natural and high quality ingredients. The food is very good. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom and one thing I really appreciated is that the soap is not a bar of soap but is dispensed from a dispenser so it is much more ecological. The cross-country ski slopes are nearby and the hotel is also equipped with an excellent SPA. I want to point out the friendliness and professionalism of both the owner and the waitress in charge of breakfast, and of the staff in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, friendly staff. They placed us in a well appointed apartment near the hotel. Everything was great except for check-out. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to check-out, which was a hassle.
