Consiglio ad amici e parenti questo albergo What can I say is that I spend both winter and summer holidays with my family in this hotel since 1998. I recommend this hotel to friends and family
H	Hélène Gasnier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parfait en tout point. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est joliment décoré de façon traditionnelle. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Avec aucune odeur dérangeante. La gérante et l'ensemble du personnel sont à l'écoute et agréables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très généreux. Les menus des dîners changent chaque soir, avec beaucoup de choix, dont certains végétariens. La cuisine est très bonne. Aucun point négatif. Bravo ! Perfect in every way. The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated in a traditional way. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. With no disturbing smell. The manager and all the staff are attentive and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is very generous. The dinner menus change every evening, with a lot of choice, including some vegetarians. The food is very good. No negative point. Well done !
r	roberto bordini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 'ambiente e' molto bello, rappresentativo del Tirolo, il vitto e' abbondante ma non speciale, cosa che lo e' invece la frutta e il dessert. La stanza da me occupata era molto grande, il bagno troppo piccolo e senza ilbidet e con illuminazione insufficiente( basterebbe cambiare le lampadine). La cortesia e la disponibilità della signora e' eccellente. Spero di ritornarci. The environment is very beautiful, representative of Tyrol, the food is plentiful but not special, which is instead the fruit and the dessert. The room I occupied was very large, the bathroom too small and without the bidet and with insufficient lighting (it would be enough to change the bulbs). The courtesy and helpfulness of the lady is excellent. Hope to return.
D	Daniela Ghibaudo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la situazione nelle camere, colazione piuttosto scarna assenza di frutta fresca, unico dolce presente oltre a pane e marmellata fettine di torta industriale. Cena discreta, anche in questo pasto poca frutta, totalmente assente una sera. C'è stato anche uno spiacevole errore nella registrazione delle consumazioni extra per le quali abbiamo dovuto pagare due volte una bottiglia di vino e due litri di acqua la stessa ed unica messa a debito di due camere di componenti dello stesso tavolo. Cercando di chiarire il malinteso ci è stato detto che si fidano solo di ciò che segna il personale.peccato che il conto è stato effettuato trascrivendo in bella copia i foglietti compilati ogni sera commettendo evidentemente degli errori ( gli originali ovviamente distrutti)Le ragioni di cinque persone sono state totalmente ignorate e siamo stati trattati come imbroglioni. Veramente inaccettabile. Oltre tutto la stessa bottiglie in una camera caricata ad euro 22, nell'altra 16???? Discrete dinner, even in this meal little fruit, totally absent one evening. There was also an unpleasant mistake in recording extra drinks for which we had to pay twice a bottle of wine and two liters of water the same and unique debt of two chambers of components of the same table. Trying to clarify the misunderstanding we were told that they trust only what marks the staff. Shortly that the account was carried out by transcribing in a beautiful copy the compiled leaflets every evening committing errors evidently (the originals obviously destroyed) the reasons of five People have been totally ignored and we were treated as cheaters. Really unacceptable. Beyond the same bottles in a room loaded to 22 euros, in the other 16 ????
M	Marco Botto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albergo delizioso, peccato x la gestione a dir poco disonesta, strapagato una bottiglia di vino 2 volte con prezzi differenti, 2 di acqua a 4 euro non consumate, assoluta indisposizione al confronto x capire l'errore, alla richiesta di pezze giustificative la risposta è stata: già eliminate!! Alla faccia dell'onestà e della cortesia!! Spero che gli altoatesini non siano come questa gente e che da loro prendano le distanze. Dagli Italiani onesti i succitati l'hanno già presa!! Delightful hotel, shame x the management to say the least dishonest, overpaid a bottle of wine 2 times with different prices, 2 of water at 4 euros not consumed, absolute indisposition in comparison to understand the error, to the request for supporting documents the answer is status: already deleted !! In the face of honesty and courtesy! I hope that the South Tyroleans are not like these people and that they distance themselves from them. From the honest Italians the aforementioned have already taken it !!

Its location between the town centre and the railway station makes it perfect both for outside trips and town tours. Rooms are always neat and tidy; but the food is its best service: I have rarely eaten better.
