Il b&b non serve la colazione, ma mette a disposizione il bollitore in camera e per una o due notti va più che bene! È "dietro" alla stazione di Brignole. Comodo per qualunque destinazione. An enchanting place in the "safe" heart of Genoa. Well-kept, intimate and quiet rooms equipped with all comforts. Very very nice. The b & b does not serve breakfast, but provides the kettle in the room and for one or two nights it is just fine! It is "behind" the station of Brignole. Convenient to any destination.

Bella zona piena di ristoranti, trattorie e negozi tipici a due passi dal Teatro lirico San Felice. Si può parcheggiare nelle strette vicinanze. Padrona di casa premurosa ed attenta. Colazione buona con focaccia ligure. Che dire? Spero a presto! Consigliatissimo ? Pleasant structure in the center of the historic center / alleys. Beautiful area full of restaurants, trattorias and typical shops a stone's throw from the San Felice opera house. You can park in the close vicinity. Thoughtful and attentive landlady. Good breakfast with Ligurian focaccia. What to say? Hope to see you soon! Highly recommended ?
T	TIZIANA BATTAGLIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è situata in una piccola e caratteristica via pedonale e quindi silenziosa. A due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e della metro di Brignole. Con la metro in 3-4 fermate si arriva all'Acquario. Parcheggi liberi e a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze. Proprio sotto casa c'è anche una simpatica trattoria molto alla buona, ma dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene spendendo pochissimo. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di aria condizionata, tv, bollitore con selezione di tè/tisane/caffè e piccolo frigo; ampio bagno con vasca e doccia. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Wifi disponibile gratuitamente. Giovanni ci ha accolti con molta cortesia e professionalità. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte. The property is located in a small and characteristic pedestrian street and therefore quiet. A stone's throw from the Brignole train and metro station. With the metro in 3-4 stops you get to the Aquarium. Free and paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Just below the house there is also a nice and very good restaurant, but where we ate very well, spending very little. Our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with air conditioning, TV, kettle with selection of teas / herbal teas / coffees and a small fridge; large bathroom with tub and shower. Really impeccable cleaning. Wifi available for free. Giovanni welcomed us with great courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommended, I would stay here again without thinking twice.

The owners were friendly, kind and not hesitating to be helpful also with good local recommendations. Location is great - right next to the train station and city center, with shops and restaurants along the way, just 10 minutes walk. 6 stars if I could!
J	John leffingwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an exceptional bed and breakfast - we stayed for 10 days, travelling along the Italian Riviera and using il Borgo de Genoa as a home base. It is less than a block from the train station, so it is super convenient for getting around. It is clean and bright, with wonderful modern amenities. The hosts are lovely people and very knowledgeable about the area - AND they provide a lovely and delicious breakfast each morning. You won't be disappointed!
