β β β β β Nice place to stay near the railway station but the rooms are very small. Being on the main street, we have access to restaurants and other shops.

β β β β β Location is great, breakfast is okay, bathrooms are clean, rooms are average, and service is not good.
It is really close to the train station, which makes it handy for those who are in the city just for a couple of days. Nonetheless, everything in the hotel is old, the bed is not comfortable and, for sure, there are better hotels and bnbs for the same rate in a better location (we ended up there because of a last minute booking). People were not helpful and were also very grumpy when we needed some help check in and with normal things related to our stay.

β β β β β Mold on the walls, wooden bathroom door frame falling apart, cheap shower fittings also falling apart, dirty floor and hair on bed sheets on the first day, corrected on the next day.
Bad odour from air conditioning, a βdouble bedβ was just two beds stacked close together.
Only one person spoke English and was barely on premises, however staff was friendly and helpful on all occasions

β β β β β Friendly people, you can even come back late at night and they open up for you. Rooms/bathrooms are clean and characaristic. Also you could fully open the windows which was very nice. Very nice and affordable place to stay in the center of Genoa
