Excellent location close to the sea ... well maintained and very spacious apartment. Maurizio person courteous and very helpful also gave us good advice about places to see and good food. I would go back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È situato in una zona tranquilla, ma a due passi proprio dal mare. Nelle vicinanze si trovano molti ristorantini e bar se non si ha voglia di fare km x mangiare fuori e bene. Come ubicazione è perfetto x chi ama il relax, la tranquillità e la poca confusione anche in agosto. E cmq a pochi minuti volendo si è a Lecce, o in mezz'ora a torre dell'orso o addirittura sul versante ionico.. Non do 5 stelle solo x il fatto che gli arredi andrebbero migliorati forse aggiungendo delle mensole da appoggio in bagno e nella stanza. X il resto è perfetto come ubicazione, spazi interni e riservatezza. Eppoi... Qui ti fanno sentire a casa. Io mi ci trovo benissimo!
It is located in a quiet area, but very close to the sea. Nearby there are many restaurants and bars if you do not want to do km x eat out and good. Location is perfect for those who love relaxation, tranquility and little confusion even in August. And cmq a few minutes if you want you are in Lecce, or in half an hour in the bear's tower or even on the Ionian side .. I do not give 5 stars only for the fact that the furniture should be improved perhaps by adding some shelves in the bathroom and in the room. X the rest is perfect as location, interior spaces and privacy. And then ... Here they make you feel at home. I really like it!

Per gli amici a quattro zampe è consigliatissimo, oltre che ben accettati anche gli appartamenti hanno degli spazi adatti a loro. Consigliato
Quality, excellent price, optimal location, good spaces, always courteous and helpful reception, very comfortable double bed, the sofa bed must be changed, you cannot sleep at least in our accommodation. For four-legged friends it is highly recommended, as well as well accepted, the apartments also have spaces suitable for them. Recommended
