★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace... Non è colpa di chi si è trovato un appartamento in un posto che già naturalmente stupendo ma nulla di più... Si prometteva un villaggio super fornito e servito... Ma a parte il suo primo periodo di gloria ho avuto (in agosto) l'impressione di un paese fantasma... A me la tranquillità non dispiace... Ma chi ha comprato li si è visto svalutare il proprio immobile

Struttura immersa in un bel parco naturale, peccato però che la vegetazione necessita di tanta manutenzione; ristorazione pessima ai livelli di una mediocre mensa aziendale, per non parlare del fatto che non hanno proposto neanche un piatto tipico salentino; personale di sala in completa confusione, a partire dal direttore di sala; unica cosa buona è stata la pizza. Appartamenti arredati con mobilio scadente e rovinato, abbiamo trovato anche le sedie evidentemente rosicate dal cane degli ospiti precedenti; 3° e 4° posto letto ricavato da un divano letto, sul quale si "dormiva" praticamente sulla struttura metallica ...... pulizia delle camere normale, ma spesso bisognava ricordargli di lasciare la carta igienica; stabilimento balneare ben organizzato; animazione: non all'altezza di un villaggio turistico, ma comunque i ragazzi si sono dimostrati bravi e coinvolgenti; Piscina: pubblicizzata sul sito, ma non più accessibile in quanto a dire della direzione non era più di proprietà della struttura ........
Concludendo: vacanza da non ripetere.
Consiglio vivamente alla Garibaldi Hotel (gestore del Campoverde Village) di prendere questa recensione negativa come spunto per poter migliorare.
We stayed from 22 to 29 August 2021;
Structure immersed in a beautiful natural park, but it is a pity that the vegetation needs a lot of maintenance; bad catering at the levels of a mediocre company canteen, not to mention the fact that they didn't even offer a typical Salento dish; room staff in complete confusion, starting with the room manager; only good thing was the pizza. Apartments furnished with poor and ruined furniture, we also found the chairs obviously gnawed by the dog of the previous guests; 3rd and 4th bed obtained from a sofa bed, on which one practically "slept" on the metal structure ...... normal room cleaning, but often it was necessary to remind him to leave the toilet paper; well organized bathing establishment; entertainment: not up to the standard of a tourist village, but in any case the boys proved to be good and engaging; Swimming pool: advertised on the site, but no longer accessible as to say the management was no longer owned by the structure ........
In conclusion: holiday not to be repeated.
I highly recommend Garibaldi Hotel (manager of Campoverde Village) to take this negative review as a starting point for improvement.
