D	Daniele de Benedittis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRO:Appartamenti minimal con ampio patio esterno,viene fornita di biancheria da letto e bagno,comodo il recinto x lasciare libero il cane. CONTRO:Pentole sporche e decisamente poche, impossibile realizzare un pasto come si deve;letto scomodo e bagno piccolo (pesti le ginocchia contro la parete di fronte).prezzi decisamente cari se si pensa che come esci trovi un posto in abbandono con scritte e pattumiera in giro. PROS: Minimal apartments with large outdoor patio, equipped with bed linen and towels, convenient enclosure to leave the dog free. CONS: Dirty and very few pots, impossible to make a proper meal; uncomfortable bed and small bathroom (stamp your knees against the opposite wall). Definitely expensive prices if you think that when you go out you find an abandoned place with writings and trash can around.
S	Simone Di Mambro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incommentabile incuria. Arriviamo il sabato e ci accorgiamo già che il posto è stato pulito alla vogliamoci molto bene. La dotazione dell’appartamento è al limite dello zen, solo una scopa e una paletta per le pulizie. Nemmeno i sacchetti per la spazzatura. Le stoviglie sono contate ed i fornelli di certo non adatti per cucinare qualcosa visto che sono solo due ed ad induzione. Il problema è però nell’incuria e nella manutenzione dell’appartamento (vedi foto allegate). Segnaliamo alla reception più volte problemi di “allagamento” bagno che già di suo non verte in ottime condizioni. Il giardino dell’appartamento è inoltre adornato di vecchie deiezioni dei precendenti ospiti provvisti di cani, ormai secche. Il tutto contornato da mozziconi di sigarette lasciate nelle aiuole. Dopo varie sollecitazioni a risolvere il problema ed ormai arrivati al terzo giorno di vacanza decidiamo di terminare il nostro soggiorno ed andarcene in altra struttura. Personale assertivo, nel senso che sembrava capire le nostre problematiche ma incapace di risolvere nessuna problematica. Infine il paese, se così possiamo chiamarlo, è degno solo della pasticceria Nobile (andate a prenderci i pasticciotti caldi la mattina ne vale la pena!), per il resto sembra di essere in un film di Sergio Leone; manca solo Clint Eastwood! Evitate evitate evitate Incommentable neglect. We arrive on Saturday and we already realize that the place has been cleaned very well. The equipment of the apartment is on the verge of Zen, only a broom and a cleaning spade. Not even the trash bags. The dishes are counted and the stoves are certainly not suitable for cooking something since there are only two and induction. The problem, however, lies in the neglect and maintenance of the apartment (see attached photos). We report at the reception several times problems of "flooding" bathroom which is not in excellent condition. The garden of the apartment is also adorned with old manure from previous guests with dogs, now dry. All surrounded by cigarette butts left in the flower beds. After various solicitations to solve the problem and by now we have reached the third day of vacation we decide to end our stay and go to another structure. Assertive staff, in the sense that they seemed to understand our problems but unable to solve any problems. Finally, the town, if we can call it that, is worthy only of the Nobile pastry shop (go and get us the hot pasticciotti in the morning it's worth it!), For the rest it seems to be in a Sergio Leone film; only Clint Eastwood is missing! Avoid avoid avoid
L	Lucio de Cristofaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura in San Cataldo. I residence sono di recente costruzione dall'estetica gradevole con le pareti tutte attintate di bianco. Internamente lo spazio è sufficiente specialmente nel bagno dove la doccia ha uno spazio adeguato che ti permette di poterti muovere in libertà. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati consentendo sia di giorno ma specialmente di notte riposi gradevoli. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e pronto a risolvere le tue esigenze. Un consiglio al personale della struttura: in piscina, durante le ore di maggior affollamento, sarebbe utile la presenza di qualcuno dello staff per controllare che tutti gli ospiti rispettino le elementari norme igieniche sia prima di tuffarsi che durante la permanenza in acqua. Great property in San Cataldo. The residences are newly built with a pleasant appearance with walls all painted in white. Internally the space is sufficient especially in the bathroom where the shower has adequate space that allows you to be able to move freely. All rooms are air-conditioned allowing both day and night especially pleasant rest. The staff are extremely friendly and ready to solve your needs. A tip to the staff of the structure: in the pool, during the hours of greatest crowding, it would be useful to have someone from the staff present to check that all guests comply with the basic hygiene rules both before diving and during their stay in the water.
