★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the food in the restaurant. It was completely tasteless and have nothing to do with Italian cooking... Very, very disappointing. And expensive as well. Worst 31 euros we spend on two dishes.
Staff is super nice though, and rooms are fine, even though the aircondition is abit loud?

The rooms are very hot as before may air conditioning is not engaged!! We had 28° C in our room at beginning of April. No help is offered from the front desk. For a room that that is charged at Eur 130 this is very week. Also they are charging Eur 10 per person for a lousy breakfast.
Luckily Mercure offers a "complete satisfaction" guarantee that can be called any time and that will offer immediate resolution of the trouble in any room...unfortunately nobody is attending the guaranteed help line ;)
What a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm familiar with this hotel: each time I was there, I was feeling OK. Staff available and kind. Good services (including Accor Gold privileges, even if the last time - in december 2021 - I didn't receive courtesy kits). I do recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our time there was quite enjoyable. The staff is nice and the breakfast is delightful. But the rooms are not up to the hotel's standing. They are not properly cleaned (lots of dust) and the bathroom is not really convenient.
