Ein Besuch bei Kraler gehört zur Tradition und ich kann mich an kein Jahr erinnern, wo nicht auch was schönes gekauft wurde! Tolle Ware zu guten Preisen. Familie Kraler ist super freundlich und berät sehr ehrlich!
My family (grandparents, parents, uncles and aunts, cousins) has been coming to the region for Christmas since I was a child (now I'm 42). A visit to Kraler is part of the tradition and I can't remember a year without buying something nice! Great goods at good prices. The Kraler family is super friendly and gives very honest advice!

Good morning. I'm not used to speaking badly, but today I was disappointed by the behavior of the very rude saleswoman. Perhaps stressed out from too much work? I don't believe how much the midday bells rang and the shop was closed immediately afterwards.
