If you're looking for luxury, chances are that you will turn out disappointed... but overall this hotel knows very well how to treat its guests to make them feel confortable and relaxed in the fantastic city of and regions around Genova. Actually for a last minute booking it was surprisingly good.

S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property. Staff worked hard to ensure a totally comfortable stay. Great restaurant on roof and for breakfast. Great bed, room and cold AC. There is a lot to do in Genova either walking or short taxi. Close drive to Porto Fino and other nice places along the coast. Everyone was very professional. I am a Titanium Lifetime person and was treated that way. Looking forward to our next weekend in the hotel.
M	Michelle Oro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very professional with excellent customer service - just what you'd expect from a Marriott affiliated hotel. On our first night, we were not able to sleep because of the noise from the street. We called the reception at 3 in the morning and Carlos apologized and promised us that they would change our room after breakfast. True enough, after breakfast, we went to the reception and they immediately gave us a quiet room, and most of all it was an upgrade! Thanks to Carlos and Alessandro for taking care of us and making sure that we would enjoy our stay. So on our second night, we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was superb, all the staff there especially the lady who checks the room number before letting you in the restaurant was always courteous, always greets the guests with a genuine smile. Jeyvee, one of the waiters, was also very professional and very helpful. We commend the high standards in customer service - from the cleaning ladies, waiters, restaurant staff to the reception staff - all of them exhibited professionalism and genuine kindness.

Having been in other 'AC' in various countries I expected the hotel to be on same level of a good 3 stars, but I was pleasantly surprised with the building, the lobby, and the room. The staff was very nice and kind, particularly the young gentleman at the lobby and the young lady at the bar (night between Oct 29 and Oct 30, 2021).
