★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located in the centre of the city with parking available (extra cost). The service by the staff was very good with a positive "can do" attitude. Breakfast selection was good. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. (We were in the annex).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're only looking for a bed and shower in central Ferrara, then this hotel will do, but visitors should know a few things first. If you're here with a car, stay somewhere else. The parking area is tiny and so steep that most cars will scrape on the ramp. If you're looking for climate controlled rooms, again, look elsewhere. I'm a few days in and still waiting for the room to come to a comfortable temp. Overall, I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel should really be listed as a four star establishment. Super modern and clean, and with a top-floor spa! The 5th floor rooms have an awesome view of the historical city center. The breakfast is probably the best I've had at any 3-star hotel, rivaling those of most 4-star class places. It's just a few feet from the castle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the hotel in the summer of the pandemic when half of it was closed. First we received a dirty room, so we went back to get another one, then that one was also dirty, so we got a third one, which finally wasn't dirty. The staff was really helpful and friendly during the whole thing though. Probably you won't experience anything similar, when everything returns to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was completely satisfied with my stay! The room was quiet, clean and cozy with a nice, modern bathroom. The friendly staff was always available and super professional. I enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the delicious, freshly made cappuccinos and the variety of nuts to go with my cereals :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come often for work to Ferrara, but I love to stay next to the Castello.
During this pandemic I've been already twice here and the service is amazing. It's difficult for me to find places in Italy where I can get Gluten-free food (due to my allergy).
Thank you in particular to Giorgio for taking such good care of me as well as the rest of the staff.
I can't complain about anything:
-top location
-top rooms
-top restaurant
-specially top people and service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the renovation, this hotel changed a lot. It is up to date to what more modern hotels offer. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The location is perfect as it is next to the castle. Prices are okay and the staff is always helpful and kind. I haven’t tried the breakfast. It is a great option for a quick stop in Ferrara.
