I	Igor - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il bus parte sempre almeno cinque minuti più tardi dell’orario schedulato. Protestare con il conducente è del tutto vano. Inoltre, anche se hanno il pos a bordo fanno un sacco di storie per far usare il bancomat con il risultato ci si deve privare del contante che, invece, in viaggio potrebbe essere utile. Comportamento assolutamente scorretto e poco professionale. The bus always leaves at least five minutes later than the scheduled time. Protesting the driver is completely in vain. Moreover, even if they have the pos on board they make a lot of fuss to use the ATM with the result you have to deprive yourself of cash which, instead, could be useful while traveling. Absolutely incorrect and unprofessional behavior.

M	Marcello Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad esser partito 5 minuti dopo l'orario previsto senza motivo, durante il viaggio l'autista (che parlava anche da solo, e non era al cellulare) sentendo che sistemavo nella zaino un pacchetto di biscotti, ma accesso la luce e ha detto "non si metta mica a mangiare qui eh!" con tanto di dito alzato (che, per altro, non era mia intenzione ma non mi sembra proprio il modo). Servizio pessimo e personale ancora peggio. Assolutamente sconsigliato. In addition to leaving 5 minutes after the scheduled time for no reason, during the journey the driver (who also spoke to himself, and was not on his cell phone) hearing that I was putting a packet of cookies in my backpack, but I turned on the light and said "don't start eating here eh!" with a lot of raised finger (which, by the way, was not my intention but it doesn't seem like the way). Bad service and even worse staff. Absolutely not recommended.

G	Guido Potena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto di Bologna. Parte vicino al castello (praticamente davanti all’hotel touring, oppure alla stazione. Si può acquistare a bordo il ticket, o si può prenotare online ma solo con almeno 2gg di anticipo. Prezzo un po’ alto (20€) ma c’è la comodità di arrivare direttamente all’aeroporto. Autisti gentili. Chiamando il numero di telefono visibile nel sito non mi ha risposto nessuno, né al mattino nè al pomeriggio. Ho scritto una mail per informazioni e altrettanto nessuno mi ha risposto. Sarebbe comodo un servizio clienti più efficiente, magari via whatsapp. Orario confermato solo al mattino, al pomeriggio funziona solo su prenotazione, il che è scomodo visto che nessuno ti risponde e devi prenotare con anticipo di almeno 48 ore.

Prezzo a mio avviso da rivedere, in quanto 20€ senza prenotazione sembrano un po' troppi ma visto il periodo è più che comprensibile. I have been using this service regularly for years and can only recommend it. Punctual and reliable service. Friendly and sociable drivers. Price in my opinion to be reviewed, as 20 € without reservation seems a bit too much but given the period it is more than understandable.
