A livello economico rapportando qualità e prezzo si può dire d'aver speso "il giusto". Sicuramente ci tornerò. We tried different cocktails all very good, nice and helpful staff. Un posto diverso dal solito, dove si possono assaporare diversi drink a base di Vermouth e non, oltre che abbinamenti enogastronomici a base di formaggi erborinati davvero interessanti. La passione che il titolare ha è davvero coinvolgente. Se poi è anche appassionato di montagna... beh, sarà una meta fissa per ogni volta che passiamo per Ferrara! Continuate così! All'interno del locale si respira un'atmosfera di altri tempi e la passione del titolare nello spiegare tutti gli abbinamenti è stupenda. Ottima selezione di vermouth e altri liquori, consiglio di provare il Vermouth "Brondi" prodotto proprio da questo locale! Torneremo sicuramente! Location in the heart of Ferrara a stone's throw from the Este castle. Inside the restaurant you can breathe an atmosphere of other times and the passion of the owner in explaining all the combinations is wonderful.
