R	Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caffè buono e mi fermo qua. In centro storico a Ferrara questo bar stona per la insufficiente pulizia, bagni pietosi, pavimento che andrebbe ogni tanto lavato. Personale gentile. Good coffee and I stop here. In the historic center of Ferrara this bar is out of place due to insufficient cleaning, pitiful bathrooms, floor that should be washed from time to time. Friendly staff.

Il caffè è molto buono. Possibilità di rimanere all’interno nella sala climatizzata o anche all’esterno. Abbondanti gli aperitivi e ideale per pranzi veloci. Possibilità di acquistare prodotti tipici ferraresi come il pampapato artigianale fatto da loro. Prezzi normali anche con il servizio al tavolo. Consigliato In the historic center it is welcoming and managed by young and kind staff. The breakfast is excellent: a wide choice of sweet and savory pastries. Coffee is very good. Possibility to stay indoors in the air-conditioned room or even outside. Plentiful aperitifs and ideal for quick lunches. Possibility to buy typical Ferrara products such as artisan pampapato made by them. Normal prices even with table service. Recommended
F	Filippo dall'osso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si capisce niente, mandano via persone dicendo che sono chiusi e un secondo dopo fanno sedere altra gente(ovviamente non prenotata). Aperitivo arrivato magrissimo che però al tavplo difianco era le 4 volte. LO SCONSIGLIO. You don't understand anything, they send people away saying they are closed and a second later they make other people sit (obviously not booked). Aperitif arrived very thin but at the side table it was 4 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Locale sporco , ci siamo fatti cambiare le tazze perché erano tutte sporche e ci hanno detto che avevano finito quelle pulite ! Poco personale forse per questo il locale è trascuratissimo ! Per non parlare dei bagni ….. no comment ! La cameriera in canottiera poi …. In un centro storico non si può vedere ! Non torneremo sicuramente! An infinite sadness! Not comparable with the previous management! Dirty place, we had the cups changed because they were all dirty and we were told they had run out of clean ones! Not very personal, perhaps for this reason the place is very neglected! Not to mention the bathrooms… .. no comment! The waitress in the tank top then…. You can't see it in a historic center! Finalmente dopo mezz'ora veniamo presi in considerazione e la cameriera ,che era di fretta, ha rovesciato metà drink sul tavolo senza nemmeno scusarsi. In più è inaccettabile che un locale in pieno centro sia così sporco e indecente; i bagni sono davvero luridi e si vede che non vengono puliti; ma anche il locale in se è molto trascurato dal personale: oltre alla sporcizia per terra, i tavoli non vengono puliti e non vengono portati via i bicchieri dei clienti precedenti. Vergognoso. Incompetent and rude staff, the place was almost empty and we had to call the waitresses several times and despite this they continued to ignore us. Brioche salata immangiabile. Pulizia da migliorare Incredible location overlooking the majestic Estense Castle and the Duomo. The room is beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating. New management. A	Alessandro Bettini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior posto in cui sia mai stato. 1 ora di attesa per 3 cioccolate calde e dopo aver ricordato ai camerieri dell’ordine svariate volte e avendo ricevuto risposta “arriva in 10 minuti”. Il cameriere si é alterato dicendo “eh ma siamo solo in due chiama il nostro titolare” trattandomi come se non avessi pagato per il servizio. La gentilezza non è di casa, sconsiglio vivamente. Worst place I've ever been. 1 hour of waiting for 3 hot chocolates and after reminding the waiters of the order several times and having received an answer "it will arrive in 10 minutes". The waiter got upset saying "eh but there are only two of us call our owner" treating me as if I had not paid for the service. Kindness is not at home, I strongly advise against it.

Food .. and always the Street full with people .. it's nice to visit this beautiful city . I would love to back there again . And I advice to visit this wonderful city ... To do a good walk in centro storico
