★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great personnel. We entrred without reservation, was greeted with positive assistance and give a room. Room wss comfortable. Breakfast had wide range of choices. We would definitely recommend if you are in Ferrera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel was very good. The reception Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very good and had a Fridge and tea and coffee services. The Wi-Fi worked very and there was free Parking outside. It is only 10 minutes drive to the Centre. You can park at Central for only 3 euro 20cents all day.
There is a Road House Restaurant next door as well as Lidl Supermarket.
Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast in the am was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. Pastry of various types were also available. Water and juices were always ready, as was the capuchino machine. If you forget a plug converter, they have them at the front desk for check out. There's a small deposit in cash for that, bit is returned upon checkout. Great steak restaurant right next door. Free parking, however, parking is limited. 2 stores are easy walking distance and a pharmacy is also walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Western hotel provided us with a service that was not the best. First, our power kept turning off and we had to walk down the stairs and ask them to fix it. Second, the phone was broken and didn't work. And once again, we had to walk downstairs and ask if they had any news channels in English. We were told yes - but after asking for a list of all their TV channels, they told us they didn't have one. They have over 500 channels to choose from, which is why I got frustrated scanning through them all looking for English channels. Thirdly we asked for ice but was told that the ice machine has been broken for the last three weeks. However the buffet for an extra 5 euros was excellent this did make up somewhat for what was lacking overall with this hotel stay.
