Arrivati nel giro di mezz'ora dalla mia chiamata mi hanno aperto la porta e sostituito il tamburo danneggiato il tutto con prezzi equi e ben chiari fino dalla mia chiamata per richiesta d'intervento. Nulla da dire super consigliato. I contacted the company on a Saturday evening after locking myself out of the house. Arrived within half an hour of my call, they opened the door for me and replaced the damaged drum, all with fair and clear prices right up to my call for intervention. Nothing to say super recommended.

Per un lavoro velocissimo di circa 1' per aprire la mia porta di casa, sono stati chiesti 56 euro oltre il diritto di chiamata per un totale fattura di 130 euro. Il tutto alle ore 17 di giorno feriale, quindi in orario di lavoro e senza avere richiesto particolare urgenza che infatti non c'è stata. Non mi è piaciuto: 1)la poca trasparenza sul costo totale che ho chiesto ad inizio chiamata, di certo solo diritto di chiamata, per costo lavoro un : "dipende". Da cosa non mi è stato detto. 2) La proposta implicita di pagare senza fattura, con risparmio di 30 euro senza però fare cenno al totale. La mia valutazione: Si approfitta dello stato di necessità e di disagio delle persone. Too expensive. For a very fast job of about 1 'to open my front door, 56 euros were requested plus the right to call for a total invoice of 130 euros. All this at 5 pm on a weekday, therefore during working hours and without having requested particular urgency which in fact did not exist. I did not like it: 1) the lack of transparency on the total cost that I asked for at the beginning of the call, certainly only the right to call, for work costs a: "it depends". From what I was not told. 2) The implicit proposal to pay without an invoice, saving 30 euros without mentioning the total. My rating: It takes advantage of people's state of need and discomfort.
