l	luca fabris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ho avuto una pessima esperienza. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato una bruttissima macchia in una sedia, dava proprio la sensazione di sporco. La colazione la si fa in autonomia in camera, peccato che alla macchinetta del caffè mancasse un pezzo e quindi risultava inutilizzabile! Fatto notare al gestore la sera prima ci viene risposto che prima delle 10 del mattino seguente non aveva tempo di venire, orario in cui obbligatoriamente per impegni avevamo già lasciato la camera. Non ci sono state fatte le scuse ne ci è stato proposto un parziale rimborso per l impossibilità di fare colazione (che avevamo pagato nel soggiorno).La doccia te la fai praticamente al buio perché in bagno c'è una luce veramente debole che non arriva alla doccia. Infine mai visto un hotel in cui non rifanno il letto, la trovo una cosa gravissima. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente per la pessima gestione. I personally had a very bad experience. As soon as we arrived we noticed a very bad stain in a chair, it just gave the feeling of dirty. Breakfast is done independently in the room, too bad that the coffee machine was missing a piece and therefore was unusable! Pointed out to the manager the night before we are told that before 10 the following morning he had no time to come, a time when obligatorily due to commitments we had already left the room. We were not apologized nor offered a partial refund for the impossibility of having breakfast (which we had paid for in the living room). to the shower. Finally, never seen a hotel where they don't make the bed, I find it a very serious thing. I absolutely advise against it for bad management.

Ci sono state inviate via mail tutte le info necessarie per il ns soggiorno, abbiamo dormito due notti in una camera bella e spaziosa. Colazione in canera, con prodotti confezionati ma non manca nulla assolutamente. L'hotel è fuori città ma molto comodo per raggiungerla. Excellent structure. Friendly staff both from the first telephone contact and upon our arrival. All the information necessary for our stay was sent to us by e-mail, we slept two nights in a beautiful and spacious room. Breakfast in the canera, with packaged products but absolutely nothing is missing. The hotel is out of town but very convenient for getting there.

Camera pulita, spaziosa e accessoriata (TV+ condizionatore/riscaldamento + bagno privato + cucina + frigo bar). Receptionist simpatica e gentile. Se non si vuole spendere molto e si è nei paraggi di Ferrara, consiglio questo posto. Si tratta prevalentemente di un B&B ma comunque ne vale la pena! Nice and hospitable hotel. Located outside the center, almost in the middle of nowhere, it is a quiet hotel. Clean, spacious and equipped room (TV + air conditioning / heating + private bathroom + kitchen + mini bar). Nice and kind receptionist. If you don't want to spend a lot and are close to Ferrara, I recommend this place. This is mostly a B&B but still worth it!
