★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights was very average. We got locked out of our room at 1am and night staff had no idea what to do. We had waited 2 hours for maintenance. Breakfast was very poor. Limited selection. One of the reception staff was very rude and aggressive (man with long hair and beard) when we asked for iron and manager.
Bathroom was very dirty and shabby as well.
Hotel meant to book us a taxi with a set fee and we got ripped off.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.
Only good thing about this hotel was location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect hotel. Very modern. Toilet and rooms are new with modern furniture. Breakfast was very rich, full of choices. Staff is the best I have seen in Sicily. Very profesional and helpful. Location and price of this hotel is the best value that you can get in Palermo. Hotel is very close to all most important monuments, and during the night you have very peaceful environment. Definitely onw of my favorite hotels so far.

Loved our room (and weirdly the lamps ?) our breakfasts though included were limited (one of us being vegan and the other gluten free) but it all looked delicious and we still ate enough to see us through til lunch. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel in the heart of Palermo, great localization, my room was in good condition but not perfect, had some minor issues. The hotel and room were clean. Due COVID-19 is hard to review breakfasts, you could order from 20 positions list (most were sweets and cakes, some traditional from Sicily ) everything was OK but not above average.

The TV didn't work in the room (125). No WiFi signal in the room or in the breakfast room. Weak signal in lobby.
Breakfast was table service from buffet, due to Covid-19, I presume.
Coffee was good, the rest mediocre. Broad variety of cakes and biscuits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely furnished hotel. Walking distance to many attractions. Convenient breakfast option either scrambled eggs, meats, and cheese. The building is surrounded by taverns and restaurants. The front of the hotel has a street to drive up to offload but is closed to regular traffic. This limits the noise at night. We found out on Sunday morning, there is an antique market in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a truly wonderful stay here and it was worth the money, too! I carefully read the reviews before booking and was surprised how not a single bad thing was actually true. The only issue of this hotel might be that you get a room along the main street and it is not cool as there is a night club downstairs and the music is loud at night. The hotel is so big the other rooms are totally silent. All is very cosy, clean, neat, newly arranged and the shower is exceptional. Superb location. Great value!
