Location is okay adequately close enough the the hustle and bustle but far enough to get a quiet night. staff were so helpful and kind. Shower was very poor however and not much to say on the double beds which were in fact two singles pushed together. The room was big.
S	Steve gunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location near the harbour and only a 5 minute walk through to the Garden Garibaldi and onto the main street in Palermo. The trouble with this being that the street in front of the hotel can be busy and noisy so if you want quiet ask for a room at the back. The hotel was clean and the rooms very large and well laid out. Our room had a sitting room and a bedroom separately which was a nice touch. However just like many of the other guests there was a problem with the air conditioning (which could be sorted by now I suppose but from previous reviews it seemed to have been going on for months) but as we were there in the heatwave in the middle of July it wasn't an issue despite not being able to turn it off. It could be an issue though if it wasn't warm and the noise of it going all night could bother some people. Unlike some reviewers I found the reception staff very helpful with recommendations and providing extra pillows and also a spare duvet when the room did get too cold (although this was very dirty). The restaurant, although very quiet,, was good quality and we had one good dinner and some very good breakfasts there. You can also sit on the balcony overlooking Palermo which was beautiful in the summer sun with some cocktails. So overall some good and bad points which if addressed would have left to a higher overall score. Oh and one final note the bathrooms were huge and well provisioned.
W	Wednesday Cuaresma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone. There is a small gym which was adequate for a few sessions and a wellness center as well.
M	Matteo Lo Verso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom and mostly quiet. Cleanliness has been also appreciated. Staff on a whole very courteous and efficient. For sure my favorite spot for future stays. Bravo!

S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this hotel if you want to add the option of sleeping outside to one of the wonderful memories of Sicily. Even if we make a reservation according to the appropriate guidance on the booking site, they will ask for an additional fee and if we are not convinced, they will be instructed to sleep outside. To add one last thing, it's no use claiming them to be right. They categorically refuse to call their manager, but they will be threaten us as call the police even with the right claims. I don't know who decided this was as 4 star, but this is the first time I've had such an unpleasant feeling in my life. I was only charged money and wasn't given the opportunity to stay, and despite their promise, the manager didn't contact us at all.
