The number of pieces is impressive and from all around the world. If you're interested in watching a show, you need at least 4 people in the group. Maybe it's not very popular among a large number of people but it felt it was not managed greatly. It took a while to get in simply because the person responsible was not there (kids playing outside had to go in and call him). I think they don't have any kind of tour. The guy said generally what he had there and that was it. The objects could be better arranged with some kind of storytelling, explanations and history - also in English - and it would be much more attractive. Be aware: it can be creepy ?

Interesting place with a whole bunch of puppets. We missed the show but was good for a quick look around the place. They had different types of puppets from different countries which was interesting and screens showing the different puppet shows.

A fantastic collection of puppets from around the world (China, Japan Vietnam, France, Italy, India, Sri Lanka and so forth) and from various time periods including puppets that were near 200 years old. There is a puppet show so call or review their website to find out times when the show is available. This would also be a great time for young kids to spend an hour or so.

I felt moved to see people do care about their cultural heritage. Incredible museum that displays fruitful collection of puppets and masks for traditional theatre art.

Very interesting museum, and we also attended a great puppet show! It was in Italian, and I understood about a third of the dialogue, but still huge fun! Thank you!

Amazing theatre with a puppet show. In the gallery you can admire over 2000 puppets from countries such as Japan, Korea, Afrika, Italy and many, many more. The entrance price of €8 include a life puppet show that last a little hour.
