Great location (right opposite the church of Saint Domenico), rooms are basic but very clean, ideal if you want to stay in downtown but can't afford expensive accommodation. More than anything, I loved the staff: from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists, they all give you a warm welcome and go out of their way to help you. A special thank you to Sadik and Monica.

This is one of the weirdest Hotel stays i have had. The receptionist required a cash deposit of 5 euros to lend us an air condition remote. Having Just arrived we did not have that , so we had to get one from the night staff later in the evening, which proved rather difficult While trying to get a remote We ordered a bottle of water . Upon receiving it i noticed something was off : it lacked 1/4 of the content , and the seal was broken ! Only after we complained did the staff reluctantly go and fetch a New bottle The air condition remote we got did not work with the air conditon , i went to change it for another one , but on the way back to the room i realised the screen was broken , so i went back and got another one . Aoparently the third time isn't the charm at Aira , because this one did not work either . We gave up and enduree a relatively sleepless night Upon check out the receptionist told us that the card payment for the city tax had been declined ; i quickly checked the card App and saw that that was not the case . She said she would need to call the manager to sort it out . Having a train to catch we had no option but to deduct it from the deposit we paid for the non-functioning remote At least the breakfast cornetto were nice

Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.

Coming to this hotel was like being catfished. The room looked nothing like the ad we chose it from. Walls were dirty, lighting was greenish/white like at hospitals, and the receptionist didn’t greet us welcoming.. we checked out after 5 minutes - and we even wanted to give it a chance.

5 stars for the Staff! So helpful!! Much appreciated! 5 stars for the cleaning staff! Nice and friendly! 5 stars for the location! 1 star for the size of the rooms (wow…) 1 star that you only offer 2 beds no queensize (for pairs and making love a real nightmare) 1 star for the β€œbalcony” that was not useable in our case as it had not even a chair or a desk on 1 star for the breakfast… (which is over at 7:15 I guess) - always arrived at 9 and we had nothing to choose from… - hence, don’t book a breakfast. It’s there but not there.. All in all we still had a great experience which was due to the help we received for all we had asked.

Dear Sir or Madam, We contracted the stay for a business trip for 4 nights (3 rooms) next to our work office. - We are informed on the day of arrival that, due to overbooking, we are being transferred to another hotel. The compensation is supposed to be un upgrade during our stay at 55 Aira Hotel. - They take us to a hotel of the same chain, with one more star. A hotel overcrowded with more than 100 high school students. - The first two nights, we slept comfortably in a suite. The day after we arrive, they tell us that we have to change rooms due to maintenance problems (package everything leaving our lugagges in a keyless locker). And they lower the category of the room to the student floor: Bad Wi-Fi connection. Problems of replacement of soaps and towels. - None of the days we could "enjoy" breakfast. Rather it was a pitched battle with the students housed. There was no frequent replenishment or variety in food. The broken coffee machine. - All this also caused us to be late for three work appointments because we were dealing with problems with the hotel. A cockroach. A cockroach. Shabby shower curtain in handicap room (which should be available for purposes) - They say there is no claim sheet - They say no to order a taxi at their expense to avoid punctuality problems at work - We duly advance our payment. We demand the reimbursement of 40% of the amount for having failed to comply with the compensation and for the problems caused. We are open to hearing proposals.

Very central location! It has the latest interrior with new funiture (and bathroom). Only the wifi works badly & hygenical standards is a bit low - if you choose a warmer blanket from wardrobe, there will be many hair from other people. The floor of the room has the same problem. The blankets for tables at breakfasts' room got changed every few days, although chairs are standing on it after eating - for me it is seems do be not a kind of hygenical standards, I would wish in times of pandemic.
