★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited multiple times during our week stay in Palermo. Great drinks and a good deal to get aperitivo for a few Euros extra with any cocktail. It tasted good. The service was always great on every visit. A good way to start any evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confused drinks, one of the waitresses did not speak English so we were not explained what we got or that we had to pay another unknown price for drinks. One of the drinks was non-alcoholic so the order difference was significant. They were both good, but the level of service was low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low service. I ordered two franzinskaner beers and friends some cocktails. They refuse to accept two beer order for one person because is too hot outside and promised they will be very fast with the second one. Cocktails arrived and instead of beer I received a cocktail too...ok...I said again, I want two beers. They once again decline the two beers order and promise a first one fast and the second very quick. First beer came in 10 minutes. For the second I had to make them aware that I finished the first. The second came quite quick. But why, why if a customer order two beers they don t deliver? I'm thinking of order the third though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How bad can a mojito be? Come here and find out. I can't understand the good reviews and how it can call itself La Bodeguita del Mojito when their classic, Cuban mojito, is undrinkable. Tasteless mint, no rum, no sugar. It's just a glass full of ice and carbonated water.

There are some dozens of classic cocktails on the menu list.
You can either pay for beverage alone, either for beverage and snack, which is quite a good idea after a few drinks. The snacks are not bad at all: in addition to the usual olives and chips that you can get everywhere in Palermo next to your glass, they include some good arancini and French fries.
I have tried their Negroni, Mojito and Caipirinha, all of them really good. The best one, in my opinion, was Negroni, by far.
Which is quite normal, as the bar is still in Italy, not in Cuba.

Take them here. Their drink will come out bad (how do you mess up an Aperol Spritz?!?), you will be charged tourist prices, the aperativo box will not come with any aperativos, and you will be google searching for a new place immediately.
For real though, I never write reviews and what often annoys me is when tourists trash really good places because their “service is not up to par”. I tell you this because I never once referred to the service or other unimportant features… the combination of food, drinks, and prices are bad enough to push this man to the edge and I pray they don’t do the same trip you…
