Comfortable and spacious rooms. Fabulous staff and gorgeous breakfast. They even provide a free evening shuttle service into town.

Decent place for the area but too far from where the action is. Balcony is nice. Bathroom is very crowded with the addition a bidet. Complimentary breakfast is fine.

Very bad breakfast quality for group tourists, bread is black and hard to bite. And hotel staff even have racial discrimination to other nations. Worst experience in Italy by now.

I'd give this hotel one star if it weren't for the very nice and friendly service at the front desk and very good included breakfast. In a nutshell there is no way to control the heat so my room was ridiculously HOT. I was there with a party of 6, all being in separate rooms, and 4 others had the same experience as me. The problem was there is no valve within our rooms to control or shutoff the heat which is generated via a hot water boiler system. My only relief to stop sweating was to open a sliding glass door which opened to a common walkway between all the rooms on my level which is a security issue. It was late at night when I found out there was no way to control the heat so I ended up loosing several hours of sleep trying to figure out and enact the solution get the room cooled off enough to sleep. The shower head had a lot of scaling & mineral buildup. The edging on the shower floor had what looked like was mold on it. This place needs a revamping of its infrastructure and a remodeling/update of its rooms. My room had what looked to be somewhat new furniture but it looked cheap and dated. Just because something is inexpensive doesn't mean it has to look cheap. I was here on a business trip and didn't choose the hotel. If I had a choice I wouldn't stay here again or I would at least ask to see if there are nicer more accommodating room options here. My biggest issue was with the uncontrollable heat.

Very kind people who do everything to make it as comfortable as possible for their guests Quality of the rooms is super, can take a nice shower or a bath. Recommendable when you visit Ferrara ??
