In poco tempo l'appartamento è stato acquistato rispettando le richieste fatte. Però per coloro che eventualmente vorrebbero comprare attraverso quest'agenzia volevo consigliare di stare attenti perché riescono a nascondere molto bene i difetti di un immobile (una caratteristica comoda per chi vende ma non chi compra) e premono per concludere non dandoti tempo per fare verifiche e indagini. Purtroppo stiamo pagando troppo per una casa che necessita parecchi e diversi lavori per diventare funzionante. Nothing to say about their availability and support during the purchase of our house. Ho preso un appuntamento per andare a visionare un appartamento , dopo ripetute telefonate per confermare l'appuntamento , il giorno prima della visita mi chiamano e mi informano che l'appartamento è già stato affittato . Volevo ringraziarvi per l'affidabilità e il rispetto che avete avuto nei miei confronti . Penso che non vi contatterò mai più ! NOT reliable real estate agency and above all NOT of word !! Ho avuto modo di arrivare a questa Società dopo alcune delusioni. Il mio appartamento, pure avendo buone qualità, era fermo da un pezzo. Quando mi hanno consigliato Intermedia Agenzia mi hanno fatto un grosso regalo perchè in pochi giorni ho avuto soddisfazione. Alma, in particolare, è un'Agente esperta, professionale e molto simpatica. Consiglio veramente a chi debba comprare o vendere un immobile di contattarli e non rimarrà deluso.
