Presenti solo quando si tratta di incassare, assenti per tutto il resto. A star because you can't get less. Absolutely not recommended for anyone looking for a house to rent. Bad service, unpleasant staff. Only present when it comes to cashing out, absent for everything else.

La casa era pulitissima quando sono entrata e in caso di necessità l’agenzia ha sempre risposto (e risolto) immediatamente. Mi ha seguita (e mi segue!) Jenny, gentile e cordiale e al tempo stesso molto pratica e fattiva, che mi ha sempre risposto immediatamente per qualsiasi necessità, da un intoppo della caldaia a dubbi sulla voltura dei contratti. Consiglierei senz’altro l’agenzia, e vi auguro di essere seguiti da Jenny! I have rented an apartment with them and I am doing very well. The house was spotless when I entered and in case of need the agency always responded (and solved) immediately. Jenny followed me (and follows me!), Kind and cordial and at the same time very practical and effective, who always answered me immediately for any need, from a hitch in the boiler to doubts about the transfer of contracts. I would definitely recommend the agency, and I hope you will be followed by Jenny!

Ho avuto difficoltà a contattarli, ho dovuto sollecitare l'invio di ricevute e documentazione, ma soprattutto ho riscontrato una generale scortesia immotivata dell'addetta (Linda). Cordialità inesistente e professionalità scarsa. My experience was rather disappointing, as a tenant of an apartment managed by this agency. I had difficulty in contacting them, I had to solicit the sending of receipts and documentation, but above all I found a general unmotivated rudeness of the assistant (Linda). Non-existent friendliness and poor professionalism.

By the time I arrived at the registry, everything was sorted. I signed and I received the house keys. Very smooth and stress-free experience. Now back in London with the flat in Ferrara already rented out :)
