★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel area, with a large variasjon of swimmingpools. Nice and spacious room. The breakfast is ok. Antipasti for dinner is very nice. But the main courses we had on our stay was below what could be expected from this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant hotel, set in a nice part of the island ...(Lacco Ameno) and near to the sea. Good access to hot pools, shops and other facilities. Staff helpful, interior areas clean and spacious, food plentiful and pleasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was way above expectations. The food was amazing, incredible. We upgraded to a better room and for a small difference we stayed in a big room with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony. We were there during a wind storm and we enjoyed relaxing around the 5 thermal pools in the gorgeous protected garden. The service was superb. Absolutely wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent two nights at la Reginella la and really wish I could have stayed longer. In terms of quality of stay and value for money it really was excellent.
My single room had queen size bed (which I love in a single room) and although it didn't have any external space the room was more than adequate, well-furnished and well maintained.
The staff in the hotel were professional and courteous and overall the amenities were excellent. The pools and thermal gardens are out of this world and I could have lived in them forever.
The food in the hotel was also first rate, the dinner menu was excellent and varied, however my one niggle on that both in terms of the buffet at dinner and at breakfast was that things were not replaced when they ran out. In a hotel of the standard if you go for breakfast at 9:00 AM when breakfast is advertised to run until 10:30 you expect there to at least be a cornetto or other pastries instead, and perhaps this was linked to then closing in the next few days , we were told there were no more and there were no more coming and this was disappointing given the type of hotel but this is, the same also happened at dinner.
It would be nice if the room had come with slippers and a dressing gown however I understand that these can be rented or bought so it wouldn't put me off returning and all in all I'm already planning my next trip to this hotel and hope to do so very soon.
