Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, posizione un po’ decentrata, ideale per chi vuole vivere l’isola più autentica. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter e avuto l’opportunità di ammirare panorami pazzeschi. Una soluzione comoda, economica, pratica.

FORGET SLEEPING In daytime you enjoy a nice cool breeze on the hill of Faiano, where the hotel is situated. You will find it very peaceful and relaxing. But in nighttime you will find yourself in a riot of noisy families having their screeming childs around until late after midnight, people partiing on the balconies, several machines of the hotel are in use and on top of this you stay in a totally audioclairient home, where you can follow every spoken word next to your non airconditioned hot room. Best to forget about sleeping.

Nice hotel with a beautiful natural thermal water pool. Rooms little bit outdated and some without an air conditioner. Affordable stay in Ischia that includes Italian style breakfast.

Pool uses volcanic spring water here... so much better than your normal pool chemicals etc. The hotel is okay and it is tucked back off the main road. Very busy island though!

If the Host wouldn't make me think he tried to scam me I would say great experience! ? Very kind host, nice hotel and great breakfast. ⚠️ Almost paid double (might be a scam) ⚠️ When leaving the hotel (check out) the host asked us to pay. I was not sure, so I asked "We haven't paid?" He said "No” So I paid him (in cash). He didn't give me a receipt and started goodbye. ⚠️ I interrupted goodbye and asked for a receipt. He said he can make a copy for me. Then he suggested to send it by mail. ⚠️ I said I will just take picture of it. I took a picture. Later at bus stop I checked and realized I paid him twice (1.Online when booking, 2.When leaving hotel). I returned back to hotel to get my money back. I showed him the app, saying I paid before. He showed me a document (mail from bookingcom) pointing to the price to be paid. Then he noticed a comment in his document saying "Customer Request: You have received a virtual credit card for this booking. You can make the charge starting from 2021-05-23." He looked surprised and said that he hasn't noticed that. ⚠️ He said I should call bookingcom because he doesn't know what that means. ⚠️ My friend (who never used bookingcom) said maybe I should pay now by card. Host immediately placed a terminal in front of us. ⚠️ I explained to my friend that this is not how it works and that bookingcom manages payments using a virtual cards. I continued to search for phone number. Host said it's no problem and that he will wait until tomorrow to see weather payment will proceed. He returned money (I paid in cash) to me. We left. I choose few thing that made me think he is scammer: - He said he hadn’t noticed comment in document about virtual card and that he doesn’t understand what it is, but he has been using bookingcom since August 2018 (almost 3 years) - He didn’t give me receipt automatically (this is MUST) - When asked for receipt he suggested to send it via mail - He wanted me to call bookingcom support, and when he saw me searching for number he stopped me saying it’s not necessary Host was really kind. But scammers always look innocent and kind. Don’t want to accuse him falsely, so I wrote full story here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We landed in Naples, delayed plane and missed the last ferry to Ischia and tried to call the hotel to tell them that we were going to be a day late and no one answered. We then called them back in the morning and the owner was very rude and said that there was no rooms left and it was non-refundable and kept telling us that we should have let them know when we got off the plane (which we tried to) then told us to find somewhere else to stay, no money back and having to pay more money for another form of accommodation. Disgusting service. I wish I could give 0 stars
