Our room's air conditioner seemed to have issues keeping up with the summer heat as the room was in the afternoon sun, but we were provided with a fan that helped a great deal.

The best of both worlds, the beautiful landscapes and wineries with the city being a short ride away through the beautiful landscapes. The hotel itself is very relaxing place and away from the husle and bustle. The staff are great and our chef who gave us our cooking class was brilliant.

However first floor doesn't have a view really and the pool was pretty cold, other than that, loved the bidet. Great right in the country side!
A	AM M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is both good and bad. It is very quiet and surrounded by a gorgeous landscape, but is a bit far from pretty much everything. Rooms are very comfortable, and are attached to outdoor spaces (on the first floor). A pool and spa are available, with multiple massages and other luxuries available. Food is good quality. Connecting to wifi can be finicky, but once connected it is surprisingly fast, especially given location.

Our room was big, spacious - a family room with a double bed and a staircase leading up to a second floor / mezzanine with a sofa bed for kids. The views are breath-taking in all directions. Service is friendly and efficient. Food is delicious. The only thing I'd change is the water temperature in the outdoor pool.

They have a small wine cellar, but the wines are delicious. Chianti is not our favorite wine, but we loved their wine selection. We enjoyed sharing a bottle by the pool side

A	Abc Dfg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely not a 4 - star hotel. The rooms are unspectacular and at night it gets very hot. Furthermore, we did not have hot water for 2 out of 6 days. And on the first day, only half of our beds were made... The breakfast buffet was alright but there could have been more fresh fruit. (There was only a fruit salad). The restaurant was expensive and the "secondi" courses were not worth the money. Most of the pasta dishes were good. The staff was very nice! At night and in the morning we could hear dogs barking loudly in and around the hotel. Overall I would not necessarily recommend this hotel.
