Inoltre è possibile scegliere direttamente la carne che si desidera mangiare vedendola e ordinandola o da tavolo o al macellaio. Veramente soddisfatto. Excellent and cheap food (you spend from 20 to 30 euros maximum, eating your fill). Very fast and very nice staff. It is also possible to directly choose the meat you want to eat by viewing and ordering it either from the table or at the butcher. Really satisfied.

A tutti gli appassionati della buona Carne, consiglio questo luogo incantevole, dove la tradizione viene trasmessa da padre in figlio... La braceria è nata proprio per trasmettere al cliente la vera cultura nel cucinare e far degustare la buona carne scelta in piccoli allevamenti dove il biologico è ancora un dovere! Un piccolo ed accogliente locale, curato nei dettagli , dove a far di casa è la gentilezza del personale. Ottima presentazione della bistecca esposte nella cella frigo, dove poter scegliere in base al tempo di frollatura la propria fiorentina! Molto ampia anche vari altri tipi di carne o cucinati o arrostiti dallo chef! Anche la cantina, riserva sorprese, suggerendo vini tipici locali da degustare , rendendo tutto piacevole e naturale! Credo che oggi avere così tanta cura nella scelta delle carni, nella presentazione e nella cura della cucina sia un lusso di pochi ristoratori; la braceria Diana carni è l'esempio lampante che la tradizione rende tutto più gustoso a noi che amiamo mangiar bene abbiamo il dovere di andare alla ricerca di luoghi come questo è condividere le nostre esperienze culinarie! Un'ultima raccomandazione, essendo un locale selettivo e piccolo, vi consiglio di prenotare, per evitare attese ... anche se ne vale la pena attendere per degustare la loro carne!!! ???? Excellent presentation of the steak displayed in the cold room, where you can choose your Florentine based on the aging time! Pavimento in maioliche. Sedute non molto comode in legno così come i tavoli. Si può ordinare ampia scelta di carne. I piatti non sono tanto curati nell'aspetto esteriore e migliorabili sicuramente anche in termini di qualità. I prezzi non sono per tutti. Personale cordiale e veloce. Pulizia molto buona. Presente una stufa che fa molto scenografia. A well-kept restaurant with an external appearance which is not very large in its interior but all in all pleasant with wooden inserts and living stones. Majolica flooring. Not very comfortable wooden seats as well as the tables. A wide choice of meat can be ordered. The dishes are not so well cared for in their external appearance and can certainly be improved in terms of quality. Prices are not for everyone. Friendly and fast staff. Very good cleaning. There is a stove that does a lot of scenography.

Consiglio vivamente di assaggiare tra le tante cose presenti nel menù: le patate al forno, una droga. Complimenti ci ritornerò senz’altro. Super nice place, super professional and kind owner, food?
