★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Il boccon divino" is our favourite pizzeria in the northern part of the Province of Caserta. I recommend you to have a pizza there if you are driving along the A1 between Rome and Naples (Exit Caianello just 15 min away). I can recommend the Pizza Margherita with the "bufala" add-on (it means with buffalo mozzarella cheese...the real one).
The pizza dough is thick and soft but very digestible as it should be for the traditional Neapolitan pizza. In any case, simple but tasty is the only secret of every Italian dish.
