★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic dining experience. This was more reminiscent of the two star Michelin restaurants I’ve been to…. Shocked it didn’t have a second star. Each course was distinct with incredible textures and flavors. The wine list was extensive. The staff…friendly and professional. On this occasion, we dined on the terrace, al fresco… overlooking the Tuscan countryside under perfect weather conditions. I already want to go back to try one of the other tasting menus (land, sea, vegetarian (i had the sea). Truly excellent
