★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed this hotel and cannot wait to come back. The rooms are clean and larger for a standard European room. We had rooms facing the lake. The road does get busy and noisy early. The staff is lovely and helpful. The included breakfast included typical European fare. Croissant, bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, Muesli, coffee, juice. It is steps from the ferry terminal, $15 euro got us a mid lake pass to explore other towns. This stay was my favorite part of our trip. Cant wait to go back for longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, great location, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast.The staff was very friendly and polite. If I ever go back to Como, I would stay at this hotel again. Lake view is the most privileged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is quite bad, the service was good but the food is expensive and has a lack of quality and bad fried calamari and ravioli. If you eat here, just order pizza as it is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it! The hotel is located in a busy town, with loads of traffic driving by all the time. If you sit on the terrace, don't expect other than a lot of noise and stress. The rooms are in poor condition, and the staff were not friendly. I was glad when I checked out! 1/5 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience with the owner/manager before we even checked in.
We booked a room one day in advance, and when we called directly to confirm there was a crib available, the owner went crazy because we dared phone directly and not use the messaging system in the booking platform we used (even though it says they take up to 15 hours to respond there.... um, great).
He was so rude and aggressive to my wife, that we had to stay somewhere else.
The worst service we have ever encountered in any hotel/restaurant anywhere in the world. And we've been to some seriously underwhelming places....
Unluckily for us, Como is beautiful enough to keep their rooms full regardless of bad reviews... but if this review changes just one person's mind, it's done its job.
The most annoying part of this hotel, is how much time I've had to spend writing reviews and opening tickets... that alone will fuel this vendetta for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food and excellent service! Very nice ambiance and a must visit when in Lake Como. Lake view! Loved the friendliness of the waiter and waitress! Will definitely go back when I revisit!
