S	Sandra Battistello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire per quanto riguarda il personale infermieristico, segreteria, le suore ... Niente da dire, ottime persone umane, gentili, sempre con il sorriso e disponibili. Fino a poco tempo fa era presente in struttura anche uno psicologo molto bravo e disponibile, ma all' improvviso non si è più visto e la sostituta non si è preoccupata di conoscere noi famigliari... Invece molto da ridire sul medico che gestisce e ha a che fare con i pazienti. Persona non molto sensibile, non è entrato in empatia con la mamma (ricoverata lì perché malata terminale) e meno che mai con noi famigliari, anzi ci ha dato degli egoisti perché avevamo delle riserve nel riportare a casa la mamma... Ma visto le condizioni della paziente e dato che sono ben 19 anni che mio padre, mia sorella e io siamo in balia della malattia della mamma avevamo chiesto solo un paio di mesi di tregua per poterci riorganizzare a casa e accogliere la mamma al meglio, ma non è stato capito anzi criticato. Quindi la mia opinione è che davvero un bellissimo posto di sollievo e serenità con personale fantastico a parte questo dottore.... Peccato perché davvero chi è lì ha dentro un dolore indescrivibile e un po' di umanità specialmente da chi decide che cure darti ci vorrebbe... Sandra What about the nursing staff, the secretariat, the nuns ... Nothing to say, excellent human people, kind, always with a smile and available. Until recently a very good and helpful psychologist was also present in the structure, but all of a sudden he was no longer seen and the substitute did not bother to get to know us family ... Instead much to say about the doctor who manages and deals with patients. Not very sensitive person, he did not empathize with his mother (hospitalized there because he was terminally ill) and least of all with us family members, on the contrary he gave us selfishness because we had reservations in bringing mother home ... conditions of the patient and since my father, my sister and I have been at the mercy of my mother's illness for 19 years, we only asked for a couple of months of respite to be able to reorganize ourselves at home and welcome my mother to the best, but it understood indeed criticized. So my opinion is that a really beautiful place of relief and serenity with fantastic staff apart from this doctor .... Too bad because those who are there really have indescribable pain and a bit of humanity inside, especially from those who decide what care it would take ... Sandra

Anche se il papà è stato ospitato per pochi giorni , è stato circondato di cure affettuose e care così come tutti noi. Grazie A heartfelt thanks to all those who work in this structure. Ad anni di distanza io e i miei familiari ricordiamo e rispettiamo accoglienza e personale tutto. Umanità qui non è solo un aggettivo. The hope is that you will never need it ... but if you have to rely on a similar structure, Casa Santa Chiara remains a happy island. Years later my family and I remember and respect hospitality and personal everything. Humanity here is not just an adjective.

Un Ringraziamento Speciale a tutti gli Operatori (chiamati dalla mamma "ANGELI") i quali l'hanno assistita in maniera professionale, amorevole e umana, accompagnandola in questo ultimo tratto della sua vita. Siamo inoltre grati per la disponibilità dimostrata dalla Direttrice nei nostri confronti. Le figlie. Mamma Francesca left us a few days ago after a month of staying in this Loving Structure. A Special Thanks to all the Operators (called by her mother "ANGELS") who assisted her in a professional, loving and human way, accompanying her in this last part of her life. Una struttura ricca di amore ma soprattutto di professionisti preparati per accompagnare la persona e i familiari in questo ultimo tratto della vita. La reputo una struttura di Eccellenza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Un Grazie particolare alla Direttrice e al Coordinatore, persone di grande esperienza sul campo, e a tutto il personale per la grande umanità e dedizione. A reserved but very welcoming place. A structure full of love but above all of professionals prepared to accompany the person and family members in this last part of life. I consider it a structure of Excellence from all points of view. A special thanks to the Director and the Coordinator, people with great experience in the field, and to all the staff for their great humanity and dedication.

Hanno assistito non solo la zia ma anche il marito in una maniera unica, con tanta professionalità e umanità.
