Le recensioni le possono scrivere chiunque come infatti si potrà osservare coloro che affermano la validità di questa Rsa sono coloro che fanno parte dello staff o aspiranti lavoratori in questa Rsa. Nel senso che il cibo non è un granchè (non basta un giretto di salsina colorata per rendere più appetibili delle quenelle insapori e stoppose che non si sa di che siano fatte), l’animazione coinvolge solo gli anziani più vispi (che non sono molti), l’assistenza medica è garantita solo nei giorni feriali e solo in orari limitati. Nel caso di problemi sanitari il sabato e la domenica ci sono solo gli infermieri, volonterosi ma non in grado di prendere decisioni. Sconsigliabile per anziani allettati. Mio padre ha soggiornato nella struttura solo per nove giorni, poi è deceduto. Sapevamo che era grave e non imputo nulla alla struttura, ma è morto una domenica pomeriggio senza la presenza di un medico, con un operatore sanitario che due ore prima del decesso insisteva per farlo mangiare quando era chiaramente agonizzante,. Abbiamo sentito frasi che ai parenti di un defunto possono (devono) essere risparmiate, come “dobbiamo lavarlo, perché i morti scaricano” A lot of smoke and little roast. Si presenta come una bella struttura inizialmente ma col passare delle settimane si va di male in peggio. Il periodo Covid è stato un periodo duro per tutte le RSA si sa, ma nonostante tutto, questa residenza, è riuscita a risollevarsi da quel periodo orrendo......Ottima!!!! Beautiful residence, trained staff, excellent welcome, good activities and good organization. Sono stata chiamata un mese fa hanno detto che c'era un posto per mia mamma, avevo appena fatto richiesta e mi sono trovata un pochino spaesata e preoccupata visto la retta richiesta. Adesso cercando nella graduatoria mi hanno detto che sono in sospeso e perciò di richiamare, ho richiamato per 2 giorni l'assistente sociale è sempre impegnata lascio il numero ma non vengo richiamata. Dunque, se questa è assistenza penso ci sia molto da dire. Terrible! A	Ale Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetterò ancora un po' di tempo per essere più corretta , razionale, coerente a dare un giudizio reale , calzante a questa residenza che si presenta molto curata e con uno staff accogliente, ho visto degli spazi e un atmosfera discreta, ma parlando con degli ospiti.....la mia opinione sarà completa al termine del soggiorno di mia madre perché non è mai tutto splendido come sembra..inoltre visto importanza di essere precisi nel recensire una struttura così particolare visto la cura dell'anziano voglio essere più che sincera e onesta.Sono a rivedere in maniera parziale il mio giudizio perché basta semplicemente leggere i quotidiani perché la Residenza Venezia è spesso argomento di questi tempi. Dirigenti e assistente sociale incompetenti senza cuore e umanità. Non adatta a persone non autosufficienti lasciati morire di sete e fame.! Non si accettano anziani così. Quando non si a la decenza di accompagnarli alla morte con le dovute attrezzature! O addirittura quando una persona si e ripresa farla morire perché non in grado di fare l'assistenza che serve. Vergognatevi! Beautiful structure but the antechamber she suffering and death without whom. Love loved ones can do anything. Incompetent executives and social workers without heart and humanity. Hanno accompagnato mia nonna con amore alla fine dei suoi giorni. Certo che se le recensioni da una stella son fatte dalla concorrenza allora il gioco non vale!! Io la sceglierei altre mille volte!! But stop talking nonsense, structure not only beautiful but with real professionals who do their job with humanity and love. They accompanied my grandmother with love at the end of her days.
